You won't believe how clean the room was. The service was next level. they even brought me extra coffee and creamers without me asking.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but I guess that’s the price you pay for quality.

I loved my stay here, especially enjoying the comfy king bed and the surprisingly quiet atmosphere despite being full. I got to relax by the pool and unwind in the TV lounge, which was just what I needed after a long day. The only downside was not having a parking option provided, but overall, it was a solid experience! 😊

The location near the arena is fantastic for event-goers, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions. Staff provided impressive service. the valet was especially dedicated, handling multiple requests seamlessly. However, the restaurant was overcrowded during breakfast, leaving diners unsure about seating arrangements and service. The small bathroom could use an update, but it was functional. A complimentary shuttle service is available, which is a nice touch for those wanting to explore further.

So, I had a nice surprise at breakfast, because Brian at the Concierge Lounge went out of his way to serve me even after hours. I mean, who does that? It's not every day you see someone truly care about making your day better.
It wasn't exactly a bargain with the cost of the room, but still, worth it.

I stayed in a King Room for one night. The bed was super comfy, and I loved the Marriott pillows! The room was clean and surprisingly quiet even though the hotel was fully booked. It's got a fridge too, which is handy. The place felt a bit dated with some cracks in the ceiling, but overall, it was a solid experience.

The location of the Marriott was excellent, just a short walk to the PPG Arena and downtown. The staff were notably friendly and helpful, assisting me in navigating the area. Fitness facilities were well-maintained, featuring quality equipment for a productive workout.
Parking fees were high and room maintenance issues affected my sleep.

I stayed here for a couple of nights during a busy concert weekend. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to the arena and downtown attractions made it super convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving good directions and suggestions for nearby dining. However, the service issues overshadowed the positives. I waited over an hour at check-in because the room wasn’t ready, with little communication from the front desk. I had to ask multiple times to find out the status. When I finally got to my room, it was clean but didn't have the amenities I expected for the price. The mini fridge didn't keep drinks cold, which was disappointing. Plus, parking fees were steep at $30, making my stay feel more expensive. The noise from the nearby events made it hard to sleep, with loud partying outside my window.
